The Find A Writer database contains contact details for all Full Members of the Guild – i.e. members with at least one professional credit. If we do not have details of the writer’s agent, and the writer has not entered their own email address, your contact request will go via the Guild office.

All information is entered by the member themselves.

Full members who want to enter or update their details should visit our login page.

Advanced search will allow you to search on more criteria, for example, writers' credits.

Script consultant experience includes many years as a story analyst/reader for Working Title, Pathe, Miramax, UK Film Council, Irish Film Board, amongst others. Script editor for Kings starring Colm Meaney (2007) and The Man Inside starring Peter Mullan (2012).

All Members who have joined online can login to update their contact details and renew their membership on the Guild's membership database
Full Members can login to update their listing on Find a Writer database on this website.

Please note that the systems use different usernames and passwords.

The Writers' Guild of Great Britain supports writers across media including books, film, online, radio, theatre, TV and videogames.
