Can you tell me more about the Guild pension scheme?

The pension scheme is open to Full Members of the Guild writing for TV, radio and film and can enable you to get contributions from employers such as ITV and the BBC.

The latest Off the Shelf at Black's event - a collaboration between the Writers' Guild and Fiction Uncovered. Novelist Chioma Okereke will read from her work and discuss her writing.

The event runs from 11am-4pm at Black's Club in London for a maximum of 23 attendees, who will have a chance to read some of their own work after lunch. Cost is £25,including 2-course lunch.

Open to all, including non-members of the Guild.

25 June - On comic writing

Jeremy Howe, the Commissioning Editor for Radio 4 drama, will be describing his work and answering the audience’s questions with Amanda Whittington, followed by drinks and light refreshments.
