Re my last (January) comment: there are indeed 2 previous books by Robin Squire available from Amazon. "SQUARE ONE", 1968, is a mega-nostalge-fest for this old hippy, an on the spot adventure/love story set around a Boy Band, its members & followers. "PORTRAIT OF BARBARA", 10 years later,is scalp-creeping gothic/romance, set in the 19th Century. A huge spread of genre and style. Awww - I've read these two. WHEN WHEN WHEN can I read "MAKING OF A BRITFLIK" in print???? I don't want it to die before I've read it (or vice-versa).

I've just read the preview on Amazon ... Magic! Written from the heart with humour and so touching I really want to read on, but don't have a Kindle! This human tale surely must become a bestselling film: it is a brave account of so many aspiring writers, who for some reason or other, find fate not ready yet for Big Time ... yet they don't give up! Now it really is Robin's time for Big Time! Recommend this to ALL

A tale by turns amusing, agonising and obviously written from the heart. My friend and I are just about to set off down Screenplay Lane. Should we turn back before we start? Will definitely buy Robin's book when it comes out in solid form next year

Been there done that at least three times in the last five years! It really is astonishing to me that people even within the industry think so little of writers that the very idea of paying us for our services fills them with horror! Yet as we all know, without us, there is no industry be that film, TV, radio or even publishing!
